When you visit the site
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and does not track you across other sites. It is hosted by Netlify, whose servers, like any web host, record technical connection data (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Fonts are served from this site; nothing is loaded from Google. Your language choice is remembered in your browser and stays on your device.
When you contact me
The contact form collects what you enter: name, email, company, number of markets, topic and message. I use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to follow up on it. You give your consent by ticking the box on the form. The same applies if you email or call me directly.
The services I use
Formspree delivers contact-form messages to my email inbox. Google Workspace hosts my email, where your messages are kept. Netlify hosts the website. These providers act on my behalf and may only use your data to provide their service to me. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Data outside Switzerland
All three providers are American companies, so your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. These transfers rely on the safeguards the law provides for, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long
I keep your message as long as needed to reply and follow up, then at most two years without further contact, unless the law requires me to keep it longer (for example for accounting if we have worked together). Netlify keeps technical connection data for a limited period.

Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me at the address above; I reply within two working days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
